This paves the way for the growth of “hybrid mode” in the exhibition industry, including aspects of digitalization and novel technologies. The key to maintaining a competitive edge is to embrace new opportunities originating from the new digital era. What are the challenges in ensuring the hybrid mode of exhibition to roll-out, and what are the demands or capabilities for market players so as to migrate to omnichannel business models in order to elevate a show’s value proposition, as well as seizing opportunities in such a trying time and beyond? In this session, they will be discussed. |
