\u5e74\uff0c\u603b\u5171\u6709 138 \u4e2a\u79df\u7528\u9762\u79ef\u903e 2,000 \u5e73\u65b9\u7c73\u7684\u5c55\u89c8\u5728\u9999\u6e2f\u4e3e\u529e\uff0c\u5f53\u4e2d 68 \u4e2a\u662f\u300c\u5546\u8d38\u300d\u5c55\u89c8\uff0c 20 \u4e2a\u662f\u300c\u5546\u8d38\u53ca\u6d88\u8d39\u300d\u5c55\u89c8\uff0c 50 \u4e2a\u662f\u300c\u6d88\u8d39\u300d\u5c55\u89c8\u3002 \u8c03\u67e5\u6570\u636e\u6765\u81ea88\u4e2a\u300c\u5546\u8d38\u300d\u548c\u300c\u5546\u8d38\u53ca\u6d88\u8d39\u300d\u5c55\u89c8\u6536\u56de\u768478\u4efd\u95ee\u5377\u3002 \u300c\u6d88\u8d39\u300d\u5c55\u89c8\u672a\u6709\u7eb3\u5165\u8fd9\u6b21\u8c03\u67e5\u7ed3\u679c\u5f53\u4e2d\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u53bb\u5e74\u5728\u9999\u6e2f\u4e3e\u529e\u7684\u300c\u5546\u8d38\u300d\u548c\u300c\u5546\u8d38\u53ca\u6d88\u8d39\u300d\u5c55\u89c8\uff0c\u603b\u5171\u5438\u5f15\u5230 69,000 \u591a\u5bb6\u53c2\u5c55\u5546\u548c\u8d85\u8fc7 230 \u4e07\u540d\u8bbf\u5ba2\u53c2\u4e0e\u3002 \u76f8\u6bd42017\u5e74\uff0c\u53c2\u5c55\u5546\u603b\u6570\u4e0b\u8dcc3.9%\uff0c\u300c\u9999\u6e2f\u300d\u3001\u300c\u56fd\u9645\u300d\u548c\u300c\u4e2d\u56fd\u5185\u5730\u300d\u7684\u53c2\u5c55\u5546\u6570\u76ee\u4e0b\u8dcc\u5c11\u4e8e10% \uff0c\u6765\u81ea\u300c\u4e9a\u592a\u533a\u300d \u7684\u53c2\u5c55\u5546\u6570\u76ee\u5219\u4e0a\u534711.7%\uff1b\u800c\u8bbf\u5ba2\u603b\u4eba\u6570\u4e0b\u8dcc1.7%\uff0c \u5f53\u4e2d\u6765\u81ea\u4e16\u754c\u5404\u5730\u7684\u8bbf\u5ba2\u5747\u6709\u51cf\u5c11\uff0c\u53ea\u6709\u6765\u81ea\u300c\u4e2d\u56fd\u5185\u5730\u300d\u7684\u8bbf\u5ba2\u5f55\u5f97\u8f7b\u5fae\u589e\u957f0.3%\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u534f\u4f1a\u4f1a\u957f\u674e\u5251\u5f6c\u5148\u751f (Stuart Bailey) \u6307\u51fa\uff1a\u300c\u53c2\u5c55\u5546\u548c\u8bbf\u5ba2\u6570\u76ee\u56de\u843d\u7684\u4e3b\u56e0\u662f 2018 \u5e74\u521d\u5f00\u59cb\u7684\u4e2d\u7f8e\u8d38\u6613\u6218\uff0c\u4e2d\u7f8e\u4e24\u56fd\u662f\u5168\u7403\u6700\u5927\u7684\u751f\u4ea7\u57fa\u5730\u548c\u6d88\u8d39\u5e02\u573a\uff0c\u4e24\u56fd\u8c03\u9ad8\u5173\u7a0e\u4ee4\u6d88\u8d39\u8005\u5bf9\u53cc\u65b9\u7684\u5546\u54c1\u9700\u6c42\u51cf\u5c11\uff0c\u5728\u76f8\u5173\u8d38\u6613\u53d7\u5230\u5f71\u54cd\u4e0b\uff0c\u8bbf\u5ba2\u548c\u53c2\u5c55\u5546\u7684\u51cf\u5c11\u5176\u5b9e\u6bd4\u9884\u671f\u4e3a\u5c11\u3002 \u672c\u6e2f\u5c55\u89c8\u4e1a\u5efa\u7acb\u591a\u5e74\u7684\u57fa\u7840\u5341\u5206\u7a33\u56fa\uff0c\u867d\u7136\u4e00\u4e9b\u7ecf\u6d4e\u6570\u636e\u548c\u8fd9\u4efd\u5c55\u89c8\u8c03\u67e5\u7ed3\u679c\u53cd\u6620\u51fa\u9999\u6e2f\u9762\u5bf9\u7684\u56f0\u96be\u6b63\u65e5\u6e10\u589e\u52a0\uff0c\u4f46\u65e0\u8bba\u5bf9\u53c2\u5c55\u516c\u53f8\u6216\u5c55\u89c8\u8bbf\u5ba2\u6765\u8bf4\uff0c\u9999\u6e2f\u65e0\u7591\u4ecd\u7136\u662f\u6df1\u53d7\u6b22\u8fce\u7684\u76ee\u7684\u5730\u3002
