{"id":4498,"date":"2021-02-18T13:27:17","date_gmt":"2021-02-18T05:27:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/exhibitions.org.hk\/event\/latest-directions-on-the-reopening-of-exhibitions-and-conventions-published-by-hksar-government-on-18-feb-2021\/"},"modified":"2021-02-18T13:27:17","modified_gmt":"2021-02-18T05:27:17","slug":"latest-directions-on-the-reopening-of-exhibitions-and-conventions-published-by-hksar-government-on-18-feb-2021","status":"publish","type":"event","link":"https:\/\/exhibitions.org.hk\/zh\/event\/latest-directions-on-the-reopening-of-exhibitions-and-conventions-published-by-hksar-government-on-18-feb-2021\/","title":{"rendered":"Latest directions on the reopening of exhibitions and conventions published by HKSAR Government on 18 Feb 2021"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The latest directions with regard to scheduled premises has been issued today by the Secretary for Food and Health\u00a0under Cap. 599F under section 8 of Cap. 599F (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.elegislation.gov.hk\/hk\/cap599F\">https:\/\/www.elegislation.gov.hk\/hk\/cap599F<\/a>.)<\/p>\n<p>Section D of the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.gld.gov.hk\/egazette\/pdf\/20212543e\/egn20212543107.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">directions<\/a>\u00a0is relevant to places of public entertainment (<strong>including those<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>public exhibitions that require a Temporary Place of Public Entertainment License<\/strong>), in particular the following clauses:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Clause (1): Mask-wearing requirement;<\/li>\n<li>Clause (2): Temperature-screening requirement;<\/li>\n<li>Clause (3): Provision of hand sanitisers;<\/li>\n<li>Clause (5): Ensuring visitors&#8217; use of LeaveHomeSafe or registering entry information;<\/li>\n<li>Clause (6): COVID-19 testing requirement for all staff involved in the operation of the premises;<\/li>\n<li>Clause (7): Separation of stations\/facilities;<\/li>\n<li>Clause (8): Capacity limit of facilities;<\/li>\n<li>Clauses (9) and (10): Cleaning and disinfection of facilities;<\/li>\n<li>Clause (12): Requirements regarding supply of food or drink;<\/li>\n<li>Clause (17): Corresponding measures for incompliance with relevant requirements\/restrictions; and<\/li>\n<li>Clause (18): Requirements and restrictions in relation to group gathering within places of public entertainment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The HKSAR government has also updated the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.cedb.gov.hk\/assets\/resources\/new\/CEISS-application%20guidelines%20&amp;%20form%20(en)_17.02.2021.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">application guidelines and forms of the Convention and Exhibition Industry Subsidy Scheme (for private organisers)<\/a>\u00a0to ensure applicants\u2019 compliance with a series of health and anti-epidemic measures.
