HKECIA Site Visit, Networking and Staycation on 19-20 July

Hong Kong Exhibition & Convention Industry Association (HKECIA) would like to cordially invite members to join us for an exclusive site tour and networking event at Hong Kong’s premier aviation and business events hub, from Friday, 19 July to Saturday, 20 July.

Fee:       Free (Members only)
Quota:   Maximum two representatives from each member firm

The event is exclusively for HKECIA members, with a maximum of two representatives per member firm. Participation is free of charge. Enrolment will be on a first-come, first-served basis. Please register by completing the online registration form (click here) on or before noon of 16 Jul 2024 (Tuesday).

Important Notes:

1. Dinner is not provided. Only cocktail (19 Jul) and breakfast for one person (20 Jul) are provided to each representative.
2. The event will be cancelled if Typhoon Warning Signal No. 8, 9, 10 or Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is in force within two hours prior to the event. The event may proceed if the said signals are cancelled two hours before the registration time of the event. However, this is subject to the final decision of the Association.
3. Enrolment will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
